IF IT HAS TO BE WEARED OVER TIME, CAN I CONTINUE TO USE IT?

HOW CAN I FIND THE MOST SUITABLE MEASURE FOR MY NEEDS?

20 cm for 1/2 serving

24 cm for 2/3 portions

28 cm for 3/4 servings
